Let me start this off by saying I'm not a car person. I've been taken advantage of in the past. Joey at Lombard Auto Exchange honestly restored a little bit of my faith in humanity by showing me that car buying doesn't have to be a game of swindling and aggressive negotiation. I had test driven plenty of cars at other places first, and Joey encouraged me to keep test driving from other places while considering his purchase. He said it was up to me ultimately if I thought his offer was the best (and his service was world class) that I would buy from him. And I did. And I couldn't be happier. I got a 2016 Chevy Cruze under 20k miles, still with factory bumper to bumper warranty, and I saved thousands compared to other places I looked at. And Joey handled all the paperwork and took a lot of the stress out. I recommend his services to everyone in the Chicagoland area that needs a good deal on a good vehicle, with the best customer service I've ever had.
