They need to teach their receptionist to be more helpful , polite and professional! Not because a patient comes from another one of their locations they need to be threaded with less importance. Not to mention it took me 5 long calls to get a hold of this unprofessional woman.
They never answer the phone!!! They're supposed to open at 8 but when i call they just direct my call to this phone answering service where they take forever getting your information the tell you they can't do anything for you. I always just end up showing up and demanding an appointment on spot it's the only way they will ever look at my child.
It's Thursday. I've been trying to reach them since Monday to make an appointment but no one ever answers the phone, it just keeps ringing and ringing. What kind of a doctor's office doesn't have a voicemail set up?

I have been trying to call this location since yesterday. The first time I called then phone kept ringing for about 4 minutes. I finally hung up. I called during lunch hour so I figured maybe the receptionist was out to lunch. I called again, today around 11AM. SAME THING, phone just rings, doesn't go to a voicemail at all...no one answers. Taking my business elsewhere.
